The Deep Roots Music Cooperative welcomes your help in the presentation of the Deep Roots Music Festival. (If you want to volunteer with Deep Roots Music Cooperative on projects other than the festival, throughout the year, please complete our Membership form or contact our Volunteer Coordinator directly.)
The Festival volunteer program offers opportunities to extend a helping hand in one or more areas that require reliable and committed community support. Volunteers who sign up for three events or serve 15 hours are entitled to free shows and a voting membership in the Deep Roots Music Cooperative.
Volunteers do NOT get in free to festival events at the Al Whittle Theatre or to specially ticketed events (like the pre-festival gala or the Late Night parties). Depending on how much volunteering they do, volunteers are given free access to: the two Main Stage shows, the Saturday afternoon shows at Festival Theatre, and the Final Concert. All volunteers are invited to the After Hours (volunteer thank-you) party, for free food, beverages and socializing! (Your Deep Roots volunteer badge is required for entrance to this party.)
